In order to support the conversion of their goals and enterprise strategy effectively, the management introduced a process orientated management system, which fulfills the demand of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

 

The management system applies to all processes and all locations and is obligatory on all coworkers.

 The determination and fulfilment of customer requirements is an important component of our enterprise guidelines. Accordingly to guarantee all processes at the customer needs aligned and constantly further developed around customer satisfaction.

The management specifies the enterprise guidelines as basis for the management system described in the manual. She formulates therein the obligation of all coworkers to the quality and for the fulfilment of the customer requirements.
